Yes! It Gelled! Bone broth recipe nailed down

I’m excited this morning by jelly.

I’ve been learning to make bone broth and have mostly been successful. However, there have been a couple of times that my broth failed to gel properly. I’m pretty sure I either used too much water or cooked the broth for too long.

My last two batches have been perfect, at least in the gelling department. They’ve also been delicious, but that’s always a tweak in progress as my tastes change with time.
